Two young drivers apparently mistook quiet streets in Caledon for a Fast and Furious movie set.

Ontario Provincial Police say the two motorists now face charges after they were allegedly caught racing each other.
On Friday, around 10:40 a.m., an OPP officer conducting speed enforcement on Hwy.10 near Old School Rd. observed two vehicles that appeared to be racing while traveling south.
A speed reading of 187 km/h was allegedly obtained by the officer. The posted speed limit on Hwy. 10 is 80 km/h.
One of the vehicles was stopped.
The second vehicle fled the scene and was later located abandoned in the vicinity. The suspected driver was found hiding in a cornfield and arrested.
A 24-year-old Caledon man has been charged with racing a motor vehicle – excessive speed, while an 18-year-old from Mono has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, flight from peace officer and race a motor vehicle.
Both accused had their driver’s licences suspended for 30 days and vehicles impounded for 14 days.
