Own a newer Q50 or Q60? Or a QX50 or QX80? Head on over to your dealer, and the automaker will foot the bill on the installation of the new infotainment update.
“Customer satisfaction has always been one of the highest priorities at Infiniti, and we are pleased to bring wireless Apple CarPlay to owners of the majority of our 2020 and 2021 vehicles,” Steve Rhind, Managing Director for Infiniti Canada, said in a press release.
The introduction of Apple CarPlay compatibility to the manufacturer’s all-new 2022-model-year QX55 and QX80 earlier this year is apparently why Infiniti’s got software upgrades on the brain. It’s bringing it to the 2022 Q50 and Q60 next, then the QX60 — but thanks to this promotion, owners of the earlier gens won’t have to feel left out.
The free upgrade is being made available up until March 31, 2022, so if you’re interested, you may want to book an appointment sooner than later.
