Pretty much the only complaint you ever hear about electric vehicles is that they aren’t built for the long haul. Unless of course you’re willing to wait an hour or so every 350 kilometres to charge up the battery pack.

On this week’s episode we speak with a Vancouver man who has spent many hours touring British Columbia in electric vehicles, some of them short-range, first generation models. Michael Stanyer is a program coordinator at the Fraser Basin Council, and as part of his job strives to help Canadian drivers switch to electric by sharing his experiences and collecting stories from other EV drivers all over the province.
