There’s a Toyota 86 dressed as a Lamborghini for sale in Ontario

“Disclaimer: This is not a Lamborghini”

A gold-wrapped 2017 Toyota 86 has popped up on Facebook Marketplace , but at first glance it’s hard to tell what you’re looking at — particularly because it’s sporting Lamborghini badges on its front and rear.

The Frankensteined 86 Coupe 2D has a handful of modifications, like custom green painted brake calipers, 18-inch wheels, a high performance Invidia exhaust, and of course the flashy gold wrap and iconic gold and black Lambo badges. According to the listing, this was all done by the previous owner.

It’s got a clean bill of health, with no accidents on its CARFAX history report, and has just 60,000 km, but it’s no Lambo, a fact that’s stated in a casual disclaimer at the bottom of the listing: “This is not a Lamborghini.”

You know, just in case you thought you were about to score a luxury supercar for $26,500.

The work of art/monstrosity (you be the judge) is for sale at Monaco Motorcars on Steeles Ave in North York, so if you’re in Southern Ontario, you can take this thing for a test drive and see if it moves anything like the Italian supercar it’s trying to emulate.

Spoiler: it won’t.
