Some people never learn. But if you’re going to be one of those people, and what you’re not learning is the law, don’t drive a yellow sports car. The driver already had two charges for excessive speeding, which in B.C. is handed out for travelling over 40 km/h over the limit and comes with a $368 fine and 3 points.  A Vancouver police officer documented the event on Twitter, explaining how the vehicle impound increases with each subsequent excessive speeding charge and attaching a photo of a tow truck pulling the Nissan away for its three-month lockdown.

Interestingly, the conversation didn’t end there, as one commenter noted that “kids” all jacked up on Vin Diesel and Monster Energy have nowhere to go to express themselves, automotively speaking… and couldn’t the police just host some type of racing event like in a large parking lot on weekends or something?
